Weber Haus Premium Black cachaça is distilled in a handmade copper still from fresh sugar cane juice. Aged for 2 years in French oak casks and finished for a further year in balsam casks.
40% alcohol.
Appearance, taste and texture
Very light, almost white wine-like colour. Quite a grassy and peppery cachaça, with sweet sugar cane notes and aromas of cashew nut and vanilla along with a hint of ginger and allspice. Very light and refreshing, yet each sip brings added layers of complexity. This is a cachaça to be savoured and enjoyed slowly.

How to drink
Best enjoyed neat or over ice as a digestif, or even with ice cream as a dessert. A variety of foods and snacks go perfectly with aged cachaça, among which we recommend stews, strong cheeses, chestnuts, hazelnuts, chocolate and sweet, highly flavoured fruits like pineapple.
The perfect cocktail
To appreciate the sophistication and elegance of Weber Haus Premium Black try a dark, rich After Hours.
