Weber Haus classic Silver Organic cachaça, distilled in handmade copper stills from sugar cane juice and rested in a stainless steel tank to ensure a clean and light flavour.
Appearance, taste and texture
Clear, silver colour with a vibrant bouquet; light and smooth to taste with a spicy and mineral finish. Distinctive sugarcane notes from the leaves of the plant used in the milling process, this cachaça has a unique flavour and is perfect for sipping or in cocktails.
How to drink
Best enjoyed neat, over ice or in cocktails. Some of the dishes that go particularly well with silver cachaça are cod fishcakes, seafood crepes or toast with brie. Japanese dishes such as sushi, sashimi and temaki complement it well, as do fish tortillas and tacos. The traditional caipirinha goes well with most spicy food.
The perfect cocktail
Nothing works better with high-quality silver cachaça than a refreshing caipirinha, the tropical sunshine cocktail Brazil is best known for. This version is slightly more refined than the more traditional muddled drink.
The Mixed Caipirinha
60ml Weber Haus Classic Organic Silver cachaça
20 ml fresh lime juice
20ml simple syrup (1part sugar dissolved in 1 part water)
Mix ingredients together in a tumbler, add ice and stir. Garnish with a slide of lime and let the sunshine in.
