Weber Haus Amburana Cachaça, distilled in a handmade copper still from sugar cane juice. Aged for 1 year in Amburana casks, a native Brazilian wood providing a unique depth of flavour.
Appearance, taste and texture
Amber coloured and fragrant with aromas and flavours of vanilla, cloves, cinnamon and other spices. Ageing in amburana casks creates a unique flavour with dry, spicy tannins balanced perfectly with a sweeter, woody base.
How to drink
Best served neat over ice or in a cocktail. Cachaça amburana goes particularly well with feijoada, the classic Brazilian pork and beans dish, along with most red meat, hard cheeses, even chocolate.
Top tip from the Weber family: drink over ice with meatballs, barbecue sauce and mustard. Enough to make any evening go off with a bang!
The perfect cocktail
A bittersweet, elegant Amburana Hunter sets of Weber Haus Amburana Cachaça’s woody notes perfectly.
The Amburana Hunter
50ml Weber Haus Cachaça Amburana
20ml lime juice
15ml Demerara syrup (1 part Demerara sugar dissolved in 1 part water)
40ml tonic water
Shake everything except tonic over ice, serve strained through a sieve into a highball glass with ice and top up with tonic water. Finish with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of lemon.
