The Lundu is a dance brought to Brazil around 1700. Its melody and movement brings smiles to everyone, and we hope this cachaça does the same. Weber Haus Lundu Gold Cachaça is distilled from sugar cane juice in a handmade copper still and aged for 1 year in Oak and Amburana casks, bringing sweetness and woody notes to the drink.
40% alcohol.
Appearance, taste and texture
Straw colour from the amburana wood which brings honey, currant, mixed fruit, molasses and whole cane sugar notes to this classic white cachaça. Slightly sweet with a woody aroma. A light and subtle cachaça.
How to drinkTo be enjoyed neat over ice, either after dinner as a digestif or as an aperitif.
Best served neat over ice or in a cocktail. Lundu Gold goes particularly well with feijoada, the classic Brazilian pork and beans dish, along with most red meat, hard cheeses, even chocolate.
Top tip from the Weber family: drink over ice with meatballs, barbecue sauce and mustard. Enough to make any evening go off with a bang!
